I shared a little about my healing journey and learned so much from Dr. Stack and unpacked some of my stories.
Too many of us have let other people’s perceptions and priorities define who we are in life. We make our decisions based on what other’s want or what is best for someone else. We need to tap into that childlike centering sometimes and make sure we have what we need and prioritize our own wants.
